TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.You must be 18+ to commission any artwork from me.

• I take commissions based on my interest in the description submitted, and will work on them in any order I see fit. I work at my best when I am both passionate about a concept/character, and have at least two different small projects to flip back and forth to.• I cannot give estimated completion times, or take on work required by a specific day. While I endeavor to complete commissions within a certain amount of time, I have an old wrist injury I manage with, and if I need to take breaks, I will.• I prefer to work on commission descriptions that have sufficient detail. Ideally a short-medium paragraph of who, what & why; I wanna know who the character is, what they’re doing & feeling, and why they enjoy whatever it is. :3
I may still accept shorter descriptions, but please be aware anything as terse as “[character] engaging in/doing [kink]”, I will take it as an Artistic Freedom commission, and will go with whatever pose/scenario I’m vibing with in the moment.• I retain full rights for any artwork I produce/create. You are not allowed to alter or profit from my artworks without my consent, nor claim credit for my artworks, period. You are allowed to post artwork you've commissioned to your personal galleries, with full credit given to me as the artist in the primary text description of your post.• My works and characters belong to me. Any characters/IPs depicted that are not owned by me belong to their respective commissioners, owners or companies.

PROGRESS

• Commission work in progress is accessible via my art streams on Picarto (NSFW), and sometimes non-game art segments on Twitch (SFW only).• Please do not frequently message me about progress updates. I will keep you updated with periodic WIP images in Discord DMs or Email (whichever is preferred) if necessary.

PAYMENT

• Payments will be through Ko-fi, in $USD. (The Credit Card option is appreciated due to the smaller fees, but the PayPal option is okay too.)• Production Codes: I’ll respond to your email to let you know if I accept your commission. If accepted, I'll give you a unique Production Code. When paying with Ko-fi, copy-paste your production code into the message prompt and tick the Private Message option below it, so only I see it. This is just to confirm the payment is going towards a specific commission. See example image below:

After it is paid in full, I will start work on your commission.• If your commission’s total price exceeds $400, I’d be happy to allow for a split payment, half up-front, the rest upon completion. I can only deliver final un-watermarked artwork files once payment is complete.

ANIMATIONS

I'll be keeping a timer as I work.
The elapsed time will appear on all WIPs.
The final time will be calculated into the total.
Unlike my other work, payment will be required upon completion due to the varying time.
Payment plans will be acceptable, discussed on a case-by-case basis.

• All prices are $USD.• Reference Links: An un-shaded reference sheet of your character is preferred. If you do not have an un-shaded reference sheet, please link previous art of your character with accurate colors. If your character has no previous art, please describe their appearance in detail, and I'll attempt to realize them for an added $150 Design Fee.
NOTICE: X links are inaccessible, "Twitter" is long dead & beyond useless, do not send those links. If you still have an account there post-2023, stop harming yourself. Do yourself a favor & get off that site, delete it.• Privacy Fee: If you would like to keep your commission completely private, from progress to final work and sent directly to you/not shared elsewhere, +50% of the final price will be added to the total.
However, if I'm allowed to share progress and post the work publicly, with the commissioner credited as "anonymous", I'll gladly waive this fee.• Complexity Fee: If your character design includes complex details ranging from stripes to lace to sparkledog-style intensity, a variable fee ranging from $25 to $150 may be added.• Multi-Image Sequences/Storyboards: Due to the workload involved, I cannot offer a discount for these as I did a few times in the past. Each image will be charged by the number of characters and visibility of each.• Tips are very appreciated, but completely optional.
