TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.You must be 18+ to commission any artwork from me.

• I take commissions based on my interest in the description submitted and financial necessity, and will work on them in turn. I am now working on a limited slot basis, and will announce commission openings when I can make time to do so.• Due Dates: I cannot take on work required by a specific day at the moment. While I endeavor to complete commissions within a certain amount of time, I have an old wrist injury and if I need to take breaks, I will.• Descriptions: I prefer to work on commission descriptions that have sufficient detail. Ideally a short-medium paragraph of who, what & why; I wanna know who the character is, what they’re doing & feeling, and why they enjoy whatever it is. :3
I may still accept shorter descriptions, but please be aware anything as terse as “[character] engaging in/doing [kink]”, I will take it as an Artistic Freedom commission, and will go with whatever pose/scenario I’m vibing with in the moment.• Rights: I retain full rights for any artwork I produce/create. You are not allowed to alter or profit from my artworks without my consent, nor claim credit for my artworks, period. You are allowed to post artwork you've commissioned to your personal galleries, with full credit given to me as the artist in the primary text description of your post.My works and characters belong to me. Any characters/IPs depicted that are not owned by me belong to their respective commissioners, owners or companies.

PROGRESS

• Artwork in progress is accessible via my streams on Piczel (SFW & NSFW), and sometimes on Twitch (SFW only).I will keep you updated with periodic WIP images in Discord DMs, FA Notes or Email (whichever is preferred, do let me know!).

PAYMENT

• Commission/YCH Payments will be through PayPal. Make sure you have a working PayPal Email I can send an Invoice.• Payment is required upfront, for set-fee comms, YCHs, etc.
There is an exception for Animations, payment is upon completion due to those being hourly/variable.• Payment Plans: If your commission’s total price exceeds $400, I’d be happy to allow for a payment plan, split into 2 payments, half up-front, the rest within 2 weeks from that initial half. Please know the first payment must be paid before I can begin work, and I can only deliver final un-watermarked artwork files once all payments are completed.• Refunds: If I am unable to guarantee I can continue working and have to cancel your commission, I will give you a complete refund if work had not yet started, or a half-refund if I had completed the sketch stage prior to cancelling.• Tips are very appreciated, but completely optional.

FEES

• Complexity Fee: If your character contains details like stripes, spots, or other such patterns, up to and including sparkledog-level patterns or other structural intensity, I may charge an additional fee between $80 to $240, depending on how intense.• Reference Links: An un-shaded reference sheet of your character is preferred. If you do not have an un-shaded reference sheet, please link previous art of your character with accurate colors. If your character has no previous art, please describe their appearance in detail, and I'll attempt to realize them for an added $120 Design Fee.• Privacy Fee: If you would like to keep your commission completely private, from progress to final work and sent directly to you/not shared elsewhere, +50% of the final price will be added to the total.
However, if I'm allowed to share progress and post the work publicly, with the commissioner credited as "anonymous", I'll gladly waive this fee.

The final time will be calculated into the total.
